The Naked Chef - Italian Angel Hair Meat Ball with Mushroom Soup


 Last Saturday 23 November 2013, Malaysia, was a fun trip with my daddy Andrew Chan and our friends Alfred Lee.  As you can see on my previous post, we had a fun photo shooting session at the ViVid Xposure Studio.  If you interested to rent a studio or shooting you may like their facebook link here:  ViVid Exposure by Alfred Lee Photography




 After the shoot, we went to Bangsar Mall buy grocery and at the same times we're so honor & glad that we got a dinner invitation by The Naked Chef to make the Italian styles Angel Hair Meat Ball with Mushroom soup at his place.  And I'm so glad that I got the chance to take the pictures & learnt how he made the delicious food.  So, next time I can make it to my family.

 Here're the roughly ingredients:
  • Agnesi Angel Hair
  • Meat Ball
  • Union
  • Garlic
  • Prego Italian Pasta Sauce Mushroom & Green Pepper
  • Siracha Hot Chilli Saurce
  • Lea & Perrins
  • Green Pepper





Started with the meat first and fried it to become a meatball by a spoon.



 After that, boil a water, then put in the Angel Hair into it about 15 minutes after the water boiled.  

P/S: But before putting the Angel Hair into the Hot Water, need to put some salt into it and wait for it to boil.  After the water boiled, only can put the Angel Hair into the hot water.





Done

 Then continue with another two, Mushroom soup and The Sauce.

P/S: The sauce - fried the union and garlic first before putting the Prego Sauce. 



Then put in the meat ball and let the meat ball absorb the sauce




After all put the sauce on the angel hair and served with the mushroom soup & strawberry drink.

 Although was a simple dinner but overall the dishes was very delicious and yummy.  It's an unforgettable food and memories that I had on the last Saturday 23 November, 2013.  Thanks to The Naked Chef and my daddy Andrew Chan and friends Alfred Lee brought me here.
